The University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee recently held its annual “HospitaBull” evening. Students in the College of Hospitality and Technology Leadership cooked up a multi-course dinner for 200 guests, covering every step along the way from the planning to the plating. And this year’s event had an international flavor, as a chef from Israel oversaw the entire process. We’ll have a taste of “HospitaBull” on this week’s University Beat on WUSF 89.7.
