Florida Matters: Crist-Jolly Debate
Congressional District 13 has been redrawn to include much of Democratic-leaning St. Petersburg. That was enough to persuade Republican David Jolly - who has held the seat since 2014, after the death of longtime Congressman C.W. Bill Young - to run for the U.S. Senate. But Marco Rubio's decision to run for re-election persuaded Jolly to run for his own re-election. Most polls show he's got an uphill battle against former Governor, Attorney General and Education Commissioner - and new Democrat - Charlie Crist, who lives in the newly-redrawn district. They debated recently at the Suncoast Tiger Bay Club in St. Petersburg.
