USF-USF Sarasota-Manatee Bridge to Engineering

For years, students who wanted to be engineering majors at USF had no choice but to come to the Tampa campus.
Now, thanks to a program launching this fall, students will be able to take two years of classes at USF Sarasota-Manatee before “bridging over” to finish their education in Tampa.
We find out how the program will work, what it might mean for the USF System going forward, and hear from one of the first students to sign up on University Beat on WUSF 89.7.
