Sulphur Springs History-Water
The Sulphur Springs Museum and Heritage Center is opening its new home with a multi-media exhibition from one of the premier names in museums: the Smithsonian Institution. The exhibit’s focus on the importance of water reflects the Museum’s new location on the Hillsborough River. In addition to the Smithsonian piece, members of USF’s Anthropology Department have put together an exhibit looking at the history of the Sulphur Springs neighborhood. We have a preview of both collections on University Beat on WUSF 89.7.
