The 2017 class of the Florida Inventors Hall of Fame has been announced. Collectively, the eight honorees hold more than 260 U.S. patents. On University Beat on WUSF 89.7, we’ll talk with USF Electrical Engineering Professor Richard Gitlin, who’s being honored for his creations in two fields: digital communications and medical devices.
