A new "Walk of Fame" on the USF Tampa campus features the members of the Florida Inventors Hall of Fame, which will add 7 new members Oct. 2.
Florida Inventors Hall of Fame

The Florida Inventors Hall of Fame, which is based at the University of South Florida, has named its 2015 inductees.
The seven innovators chosen include automotive giant Henry Ford, and combined, they hold more than 430 U.S. patents. We’ll find out more about the latest honorees, and speak to one of them, USF researcher Paul Sanberg, on University Beat on WUSF 89.7.

Mark Schreiner

Mark Schreiner has been the producer and reporter for "University Beat" on WUSF 89.7 FM since 2001 and on WUSF TV from 2007-2017. In addition to serving as a producer, reporter, host and assistant news director, he serves as Intern Coordinator for WUSF News. Mark has worked as an anchor, reporter and producer at radio stations in Tampa and his native Chicago since 1992. He graduated from Columbia College in Chicago with a BA in Telecommunications/Radio in 1994.
