Bulls Bistro

Students in USF Sarasota-Manatee’s College of Hospitality and Tourism Leadership are showing off their culinary chops at a series of ongoing dining experiences. The “Bulls Bistro” gives aspiring chefs the opportunity to make and serve small plate appetizers – or tapas – while letting local supporters and alumni learn more about the college. We dropped in on a bistro, we’ll tell you more about it on University Beat on WUSF Public Media.
