Florida Matters: Medical Marijuana Town Hall
This November, voters in Florida will get the chance to weigh in on Amendment 2, which would legalize medical marijuana.
The Village Square at St. Petersburg College's Institute for Strategic Policy Solutions recently hosted a town hall meeting on the issue. WUSF's Craig Kopp moderated the panel, which included Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri, Ben Pollara of United for Care and Dr. Carlton E. Turner, Ronald Reagan's former drug czar and critic of the amendment.
