Flutist Bruce Daniels will Perform at St. Pete ArtWorks
Art Walk at St. Pete ArtWorks will feature the creative jazz flute of Bruce Daniels. Since retiring from the prestigious NYC Musicians Union in 2010, he has been focused on the flute and expanding its presence in modern music. Known as a creative force, both technically and conceptually, his experimentation with various genres and styles has generated a strong following. This is also the closing reception for “A Splash of Color” exhibition by Lourdes Rosas Rasdall.
St. Pete ArtWorks is a cooperative art gallery run by the Gulf Coast Artists’ Alliance. It is located at 2412 Central Avenue, in the heart of the Grand Central District of St. Petersburg. 18 Local Artists are members of the gallery and share the responsibilities of being open to the public 6 days a week. Talented local musicians are featured during Second Saturday Art Walk from 5 to 9pm. A featured artist reception is held every third Saturday evening from 6 to 9.
