Learn how to make killer fermented kimchi!

Join Austin Durant, founder and Chief Fermentation Officer of Fermenters Club as he takes you into the wild and wide world of fermentation! Started 8 years ago, the mission of Fermenters Club is to improve people’s lives by teaching them why and how to make and enjoy fermented foods; and to create communities that are connected through their guts.

In this workshop, you will
- LEARN all about food fermentation and how easy and safe it is
- TASTE a variety of naturally fermented veggies, including several varieties of kimchi
- MAKE your own jar of kimchi to take home, using local ingredients grown right here on the farm!
