Ludwig van Beethoven: Symphony No. 6 in F Op. 68 “Pastoral”
While Beethoven's Fifth Symphony is dark and driven, the Symphony No. 6 is like walking down the sunnier side of the same street. He did most of the work on the Sixth while he was completing the Fifth, and the "Pastoral" aspect of his Sixth Symphony was mostly intended, in the composer’s words, to be more of "an expression of feeling than of a description."
